BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation
• Cancellations more than 48 hours before your start time: full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund (studio may apply discretion).
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Arrival & Departure
• Door code is sent up to 2 hours before your session.
• Please vacate the room promptly at the end of your slot — the next band may follow.
Max occupancy
• 7 people maximum (instrument dependent). For larger groups please contact us before booking.
Damage liability
• Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment or the space caused during their session beyond normal wear.
• Please ask for help when moving heavy equipment such as amps.
Noise & behaviour
• Studio operates with CCTV for everyone's safety.
• Refreshments are provided — we cannot cater for allergies, please come prepared.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.

HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE
• Please watch for trip hazards (cables, steps, raised platforms).
• Please be careful when carrying or moving heavy equipment such as amps — always ask for help.
• Please be mindful when using electrical equipment.
• Environment can be very loud. Please protect your ears — ear protection is available in the kitchen.
• In case of fire please use the marked fire exits. Main windows open wide for emergency use. No smoking or vaping anywhere on site.
• In the interest of safety we operate CCTV throughout the premises.
• Refreshments are available; we cannot cater for allergies.
• Maximum occupancy: 7 people (instrument dependent).
